Is this an actual job — is it legit?

How and when do I get paid?
Commission only, no base pay. You keep 30% of every deal you close — $150 to $300 a sale depending on the plan — one flat published rate, no cap. You only earn when the owner buys, and the commission is booked the moment they do.
I'm not a salesperson — do I need experience?
No, on either count. You never touch code, and you're not pitching: you generate the owner's website before you arrive and let the finished site do the talking. Every no costs you nothing.
What if I just can't close a lead?
Even a no can pay you. Post the lead to the team hand-off board with your notes on the owner, and if a teammate closes it you still keep 10% of the deal as the finder. Works both ways — claim someone else's hand-off, close it, and take 20%.
Can I build a team and earn more?
Yes — and you earn from what your team sells, never from signing anyone up. Once you reach Account Executive you can bring other reps onto your team and keep a cut of every deal they close: 5% to start, rising to 14% with every promotion, on top of your own deals.
When will I hear back after applying?
