Terms of Service

snagg.me builds and hosts websites for local businesses. These terms cover two different people: the business owner who buys a website, and the sales rep who sells one as an independent contractor. The section that applies to you is the one describing what you did.

You pay a one-time setup fee when you check out, and a monthly service fee after that. The plans and their prices:

• Starter — $499 setup, then $99/mo.
• Growth — $799 setup, then $149/mo.
• Premium — $999 setup, then $199/mo.

Your rep may apply a discount code, which changes the setup fee you are charged. The amount you are charged is always calculated on our servers from the plan and the code — the price shown on the payment page is the price that is charged.

Billing. The setup fee is charged at checkout. Your card is saved and the monthly service fee starts 30 days later, then renews every month until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Cancelling. Email support@snagg.me and we will stop your monthly billing. Cancelling stops future monthly charges; it does not refund the one-time setup fee or monthly fees already charged. Once monthly service ends we stop hosting the site.

Your domain.If you choose a website address at checkout, we register it and point it at your site. Domain registration is subject to the registrar’s own rules and availability — if the address you picked cannot be registered, we will contact you to choose another.

Your content. The business details, photos, and text on your site stay yours. You are responsible for them being accurate and for having the right to use them. Tell us if something on your site is wrong and we will fix it.

When you apply, you certify and agree to the following. These are the same terms shown on the application form:

• You work as an independent contractor (1099-NEC), not an employee — no wages, benefits, or tax withholding, and you're responsible for your own taxes.
• Pay is commission only, at the published rate in effect when each sale is made.
• Commission on a refunded or charged-back sale is voided.
• You must be 18 or older to apply.
• Stripe collects your legal name, date of birth, mailing address, tax identity (SSN or EIN) and bank details when you set up payouts, and files your 1099 — we never ask for or hold any of it.

You also agree to represent our pricing and what each plan includes accurately, and to only enter business information you collected honestly. Either of us can end the arrangement at any time; commission already earned on a completed, non-refunded sale is still paid.

We build and host your site and keep it available, but we do not guarantee any particular amount of traffic, search ranking, phone calls, or revenue. Nothing on this site or said during a sales conversation is a guarantee of business results.

The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

If we change these terms in a way that affects what you pay or what you get, we will tell you before it takes effect. Questions about any of this go to support@snagg.me.
